About Me

My name is Samuel Abbott Lippman, I am 12 years old. I live in Northern New Jersey. Ever since I was a toddler, I’ve had a thing for technology. From being my family and friends’ tech support, to building websites, to configuring networks, to running servers in my house, to running AI agents for myself, I am constantly learning more about technology and using it in cool ways. I first started flying when I was seven, but I didn't have a good enough drone to take any good pictures. Back in December of 2025 around Hanukkah time I got a good drone, and that kicked off my hobby again.

How it started

It was just a small toy one with no camera and the battery only lasted about five minutes. That came as a birthday present and I was hooked right away. After that I moved up to a camera drone from Amazon that cost around forty dollars but it never took great pictures or video.

My current setup

Now I fly the Skyrover S1 which was a holiday gift. It works a lot like the DJI models in how the controls feel and at the time those were tough to get so this one seemed like a solid choice. The camera is 48 megapixels and it records 4K at 60fps. A charge gives a little over thirty minutes in the air and each uncompressed file is about thirty megabytes. The shots look really good.

What I do

I take drone pictures where I visit. In parks near me, or entirely different states or countries on vacation. I capture houses, to stunning views, and everything in between. All my pictures end up on this site so I can share them to the public. My favorites end up on my instagram as well. I fly primarly for fun, and its cool to show off the pictures I take.

What I love about it

The more I fly the better I get at smooth moves and picking angles. Drone flying is not just a hobby because it shows you a view most people never see. I think there is always something new to figure out with it though.
